At AMC Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized furniture couriers will contact you within 3-5 business days to coordinate a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your return items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
